I bought new tablets for my nephews and niece for Christmas and tried to download the app for Pet Shop Story as well as the restaurant. What downloads belongs to someone and doesn't start at level 1, but level 22. I cannot get any help. Anybody have any ideas how to get the games back to level 1?
