    Not received gems from earn free icon

    About 2-3 days ago I saw in my game an earn free gems icon. When I clicked I saw 3 apps to download to get one gem for each. I received a gem for installing the first app,but I didn't received the rest 2 gems even though a window popped 3 times on my phone saying that I received 1 gem via Fashion Story. Since then I restarted my device, opened the game from different editions, waited but not received the gems.Why I didn't receive them and what should I do?
