can't open games

I can't access fashion story or any other teamlava games. It saids that the game needs the internet but cannot connect. My internet connection is fine and I am still getting updates from the game saying clothes are ready or someone's visited. Help please.

My device is the Google nexus 7 tablet ver. 4.3
And I don't know the game version
