Are Ice dragon habitats expensive?

I can breed one now but want to know if I'm going to spend the next two weeks fundraising for a hugely expensive habitat before a I can do anything else. Thanks!

Abominable Aura is 750,000.
Blustering Blizzard is 3,000,000.

The ice habitats are available for purchase from the arctic isles, for iOS only (I am told).

Also, you start with one habitat. The game gives you one and one ice age dragon, so when you breed one, you will have another to breed two together.
