    New Phone Need Game Transfered

    I sent an email to support@teamlava.com in order to transfer my game to my new device. i did not set a password on my account on my phone. Please advice.

    I have the same problem, but they have never responded back to me. I contacted 2 times since Sept. I even even stopped playing cause I didn't want to waste my time if I have to restart. If they comment back to you please post gere. Thanks.

    It can take support 3-5 business days to respond to your email.

    Jadesgarden- If support emails you back with more questions and they do not get a response from you, they will close out your ticket.
    Check you spam folder to make sure they did not respond back. You can also reply back to your automatic email letting them know you are still waiting for your transfer.
