    New phone, no games!!!

    Hello, I'm trying to help my sister with a problem while she's at work. She recently got a new phone, and has no access to Fashion Story, or the other 2 Story games she played on her old phone.

    She no longer has the old phone. We know the names of her stores, and I'm pretty sure she knows her Storm8 I'd for them. How can she access her games on her new phone without starting over? I greatly appreciate any help I can get!

    She will need to know her storm ID.

    She can send an email to support@teamlava.com and they can assist in the transfer of her games.

    Did she ever set a password in any of her games under the help section?

    She never set a password for the games. She only created her Storm8 id and her shop names. I will give her the link you provided, so she can get further assistance. Thank you!
