Hi I've been playing teamlava games over 2years now along with purchasing gems.I logged in just now and notice my gems are gone it only showing 1 left when IKNOW I had at least 67.Someone help me is anyone else having this problem??? I am very very upset I

Okay so if I'm understanding this correctly, I have no way of using my storm8 info to transfer my Farm Story 2 game, right? I just got a new phone and really don't want to start from level one again. Is there anything the support team can help me do to be able to transfer and play my game on my new device?

nice one.. i can open my games on my old phone as well as on my new phone..

only one question left.. is it also possible to,open my maingames that i play the longest (on another id)

Android devices do not have the login option.

however, i transferred from one android to another android by logging in

i had no problem, installed bakery story, logged in with my id/password.
downloaded fashion story and it was immediately the same id as bakery story!

so it seems, as long as you succeed in trafnsferring 1 game to your old id, the rest will follow automatically

as long as you install and login with one of the games that have the login feature first, i think all the other games you install after that one will automatically take that id..

If you had a storm ID and password set up on your old device, you can login to your games by following instructions on post 1.

If you did not have a storm ID and/or password, you will need to send an email to support@teamlava.com for assistance in recovering your games.
