Hi.. I tried a manual step already. But system said I cannot able transfer my old games to my new tab because I already rigster a new storm id on my new tab. Anyone can help how to reset back my id strom to back my old id in my new tab... please explain how to delete my new id strom..
You will need to contact support@teamlava.com so they can get your games back.
Give them your current storm ID and let them know what happened.
Since you already set up a new storm ID on your game, and give them this temp ID so they will be able to transfer you original games back to your device.
Whenever you are having issues, try these two things first - restart your device,
and delete and reinstall the app. Your progress is saved on TLs servers.Contact me by PM
I'm having the same issue. I just purchased a new phone but I could not transfer.. its frustrating to start over plus with the money I invested in my other game.
