Cannot recover process...
I was playing on an iPhone 5...I backed everything up on my computer and got the 5S today. Now it has started me out brand new??? It installed the app during the restore and I figured once I signed on with Facebook it would recover all my progress but it does not...please help! I play this game with my daughter and now have become addicted to it since I started getting somewhere...
You will need to contact support@teamlava.com so they can get your games back.
Give them your current storm ID and let them know what happened.
Also go ahead and set up a new storm ID on your game and give them this temp ID so they will be able to transfer you original games back to your device.
Whenever you are having issues, try these two things first - restart your device,
and delete and reinstall the app. Your progress is saved on TLs servers.Contact me by PM
I don't understand...if I am logging on with Facebook why isn't my info saved??? I am kinda new to this. Hopefully they will message me back before my whole store goes down the drain!
I'm sorry, I misread what you said. If you haven't created a new ID yet, you can try transferring yourself - Transfer Thread
If you have created a new ID, you will have to wait for support.
