    Hi finnth,
Oh, wow! That's happened to me before a couple times, too (think I posted photos the first time, @ Unicorn Summit.) I force-closed Jewel Mania and hard-restarted my phone--seemed to fix the problem. And it didn't happen again...for a long time, anyway, lol. I hope you weren't close to passing (makes it more frustrating, for sure!)

Nowadays, I try to force-close the game (daily) & restart my phone on a regular basis (at least every week) as a preventative measure--I don't want this or anything else to happen when I'm close to passing a difficult level (*horrors!*) Still, they need to know about this stuff. I'm sure a dev or mod will read your post and appreciate the photos (or you could post about this in the JM | Bugs & Issues section, jik.) I hope this is already fixed for you, though...and that it doesn't happen again!
    Good luck!

A dev does appreciate the photos! Finnth: Phaedrakiki's suggestion is definitely the first step to take. If you are still having issues after that, please let us know in the JM | Bugs & Issues section Phaedrakiki linked you to. We're investigating to see if there are any issues on our end; thanks for the post!

Level 325: 52 glass in 35 moves (4JC.) This level was fun, especially with only 4 jewel colors. But challenging, too--it def took me a lot of tries! You have to get the L&C open early, so you have enough moves left to break the crates (glass underneath.) So it basically comes down (as usual) to getting some good special jewels & combo opportunities to take out large numbers of jewels. On some rounds, I noticed that there were very few of my "target lock" colors on the screen. So I'd pause, then restart the level (using the back arrow button.) I didn't want to waste moves on other colors (unless a special jewel was involved, lol!)

Prior to opening the L&C, if you make a match under the crates, the jewels do not refill properly, leaving the glass blank (blocked by the crates.) Don't be alarmed, lol. On most levels, jewels fall in from directly above. If something's in the way (like crates, fire, snakes, etc.,) you're left with a blank until the obstruction's removed. It happened to me several times, as shown in the 2 photos below. In photo 1, you can see it happened the very 1st move. This isn't good--gives you less jewels to work with, so to speak. But there's not much you can do about it, as most times there are only a few moves on screen anyway (and a reshuffle or 2, or more, until you get the L&C open.) Just break those crates as quickly as you can--gotta get some jewels on that glass to break it!

I finally passed by getting a diamond pretty early in my last round, then swapped it w/one of my L&C colors. Got the other locked/target color opened pretty quickly after that, and still had a decent amount of moves left. Then I got a blaster + bomb near the remaining crates. Similar to photo 2, but that was from an earlier attempt (had more than 6 moves left this time!) I was about to swap 'em, when saw a diamond opportunity right above. Made the diamond, thinking "which combo would work best here?" But the blaster dropped down--removing my "decision," lol. So I swapped the diamond + bomb, and it worked beautifully. Still had a couple glass here & there, but found easy matches for them. Whew! Guess I made the right choice, lol! Btw, another thing to notice in photo 2 is the hard-to-reach areas, like the left & right glass on the top row, as well as corners, etc. Keep an eye out for matches in those spots.
    Good luck, and enjoy!

Forgot to mention, there were no changes to 325 (or 326) since the Aileeni's orig. posts.

Level 326: Dig 13 meters in 75 moves (4JC.) Passed on my first try, and it was so much fun! The 4 jewel colors meant lots of special jewels--diamonds galore! The windows and weird cutouts make for some slightly tricky areas while digging, but all those great combos made navigation easier. Really enjoyed this one. I got down to 14/13, and had 2 diamonds next to each other with 1 move left. So I swapped them, of course. I took the screenshots below (hope Gramps isn't camera shy.) The screen would've scrolled after that, giving me a chance to see the "capped off" bottom Aileeni mentioned. But I forgot to look, darn it. Wish I'd taken a 3rd photo...an "after the dust had settled" shot would've shown me that 18 meter-mark.

Level 327: 16 fire in 1:30 (4JC.) They added 15 seconds to this one, and I'm grateful they did! This actually wasn't too bad for timed level. A little stressful (as all timed fire levels are, IMHO,) but not as bad as some. Took me lots of tries, but I finally passed by setting off a blaster + bomb combo in each of the two fire areas (after opening the L&C.) In an earlier round, I extinguished most of the flames using only horizontal blasters--but close doesn't cut it, lol. When the round starts, try to push the fire back right away. The sooner you put out the flames on the main board, the easier it is to concentrate on making blasters or a combo to get the side fires out. And it's way less stress, cuz you don't have to worry about the side fires spreading. FYI, The ice blocks from the unlocked upper areas will fall into the lower fire pits after you put the flames out. It's nothing to worry about (just describing what I saw, lol .) Good luck!

Level 328: Dig 16 meters in 2:55 (4JC.) They added 25 sec. to this beautiful, but crazy level! I wasn't sweatin' it when I checked out the screenshot, thinking it was rather cool-looking. But man, those pretty ******s are murder! All those little window cutouts, and the way you have to start digging on the right instead of the left--insanity! I didn't realize how hard it would be. You do get to have all the special jewels you want, they're extremely plentiful. You have to be careful what you set off, though; so many of the combos create chains that there's no time for! I don't have the hang of it yet (not even close.) The furthest I've got is like 7 meters...but mostly just 5. I need to stop with the diamonds already! (Yes, swapping 2 clears the board, but how often can you get two next to each other?) Anyway, this is definitely going to take some time...

I just squeezed through the goal at the last second on 328. I had an area where I swapped two diamonds, and a couple places where the falling jewels were practically digging all by themselves. But blaster + bomb combos are still the best for digging his kind of level, so I used lots of them too (and they come together so easily on this level!) Only got one star, so I'll try for more later. Unfortunately that means no more energy to check out the next level, either. This really wasn't bad for a timed level--though very challenging! I'd play again now if they added more time. In fact, if anyone notices an increase, please post, lol! Guess I'll go to sleep now...like I should have hours ago!

Level 329: 56 glass in 55 moves (5JC.) They added 5 moves to this, which seems to be just about the right amount to make it challenging, yet not crazy difficult. You can't waste your moves, and you may have to wait to get the right combo opportunities. It took me 5 or 6 attempts to pass (I kept getting 49+ glass each time--55/56 once.) I had two diamond + blaster combos, as well as a blaster + bomb to help me finally pass. The upper L&C always seemed to open-up first (of course,) and I'd try to color-change the ice/white blocks inside to one of the lower L&C colors if I could...hoping to speed-up the unlocking process. (I didn't waste moves trying to arrange it, though--but if I had a choice about colors...) Really enjoyed this level!

Level 330: 64 glass in 3:20 (5JC.) Aileeni's right--there's a lot going on here! They added a little time since her post, but it's very much needed! It's still a mad rush trying to get those L&C open, then try to break down the crates to get to the glass. You really do end up spending lots of time searching for the one or two matches on the board, followed by a reshuffle. Or you have to wait for the jewels to fall in, since they have the "stair-step" maze of wood walls to go thru, not to mention portals to keep it even more interesting. It's a crazy level, but I finally passed after about 10(?) attempts. It was the only time I even got close, probably because I was able to do a diamond + blaster, then a blaster + bomb after the crates were exposed (it was also the first time I did any big combos on this level!) So I got really lucky, even down to the last few matches--they fell into place perfectly, giving me exactly what I needed to break the last glasses. Guess the JM gods were ready to let me move on to Lizard Marsh. Thanks for the fun island!
