Transfer my game to new iphone

so i played to my ipod and i am on level 127
but when i start on iphone i start from level 1
there is any method to transfer my save game to my
new iphone?

You can email support@teamlava.com and they can transfer your games.

Aha! I didn't know if the Storm 8 method would work for Jewel Mania, since it's not mentioned there anywhere (mostly just the "-story" games.) Good to know~

same thing happened to me tried to transfer mine and instead of the old game going to my new device the new game went to the old device basically I have lost my game because in order to retrieve it they need info witch I haven't given a thought you the level your ,when did you start playing when was your last log etc. I don't keep track of all that I just play the game
team lava needs t make this less complicated and do it like most game through face book or email

Told me, I THOUGHT, to set up a TEMPORARY Storm8 ID - so I did - Serafinos2 as my original is Serafinos
Now I read DO NOT even open the game prior to transfer.
NOW WHAT do I do? I sent a support ticket in listing all the info the requested from my games on old phone (neighbors; gems/gold; level)
Haven't heard back
Am I sunk on my new iphone 5S without my 2 yrs of data from 3GS?
Whole purpose of changing was the games lol

Since you have your original storm ID and password(your forum password) you can log into you old games.
