    Exclamation please help!!

    Im attempting to transfer my games from my old phone to a new one since my aunt will take my old phone to another country next week, but the thing is, the support team already said that they already transferred my account but when i try to play on my new device it never transfer and my games from my old phone became on its starting level. Please help me. I already restarted and force quitted my device but it's only lvl 1. Anyone encountered this before? What do i need to do please help me
