TL does provide promotional opportunities to play other games. iOS users do not get gems for this. There are other goals that do provide gem rewards but they are unrelated.

I've seen this a couple if times but I download app games and get gems and I'm iOS. I assume this has now changed?

This hasn't changed. Next time you get one of these goals check the reward section for that particular goal. You'll notice that is blank. When you complete the goal you don't get anything for it. The goal you're talking about that gives gems is a different one. It's usually for a task like collecting from a coin building.

Triple Whoohoo, just finished Sister to Sister. Having the fortune teller finally paid off, stopped me from going crazy. Still stocking up on seeds though, never know when you'll need them. Oh and 20,000,000 plus, wish it was real..������
