Thread: I can't get into my game... :(

    I have the same issue been 3 days cannot access the game it says no internet connection. Tried rebooting re imstalling . Nothing worked. Tried installing earth day it worked. But i want fashion story not earth day!also bakery story works fine. I wonder what is happening

    Try clearing out your cache and moving the game to your SD card.
    Also check to see if you can update your device.

    I have done all that. My device is up to date. I could access fs for a day. However the same problem has started again. plus I have ordered fashions they might expire if I'm unable to access the game. I tried downloading earth day to see if that worked ...but no use.

    what specific device do you play on? Have you tried tried moving your game to your Sd card?
    Clearing your cache?
    Also check to see if there is a version update for your device.

    I have an andriod device v2.3.5 and I have moved the game to sd card

    I've had the internet connection problem for two weeks. have done all the update phone reinstall game etc etc. emailed TL and the only response has been via automated one. how long does it normally take for them to respond and or fix a problem. I've been waiting a week so far.

    It's been almost a week I cannot access the game.Initially earth day version worked.But now none of the versions are working.Tried all possible things.But it says no internet connection.Uninstalled the game

    Actually I had this problem
    Millions of times
    I just go check the internet connection
    And go to the bakery and just keep on
    Continuing (takes lesser than a min)
    Until it works
    Sometimes I just shut down and turn it back on
