I can't get into my game... :(

This is what I posted in the Fashion Story forum...

To Team Lava,

I cannot get into my game!

All I get is a notification that it is an online game and I have to be connected.

I tried to reboot my device many times and delete/reinstall my game but it didn't work.

I have invested a lot of money in this game and I still have about 300 gems on it.

Can someone please help me?

PS: my other TL games are working fine.

What device device do you play on?
What is the current version you are playing? Under Help/menu/small number at the bottom of the screen.

If you are on a Android tablet try this
1. Turn your tablet off
2. When done turning it off turn it back on
3. Go to the bakery story
4. So did it work?

If you we're an IOS device maybe it needs update or you didn't update, maybe if you restore your device I think it'll works for you because last time I happened this issue to me and I tried everything, no reason, but I restored, just don't worry, you will not lose your process, your account it saved In their server.

I too have the same issue of getting into my Fashion Story - Earth Day game. It says "it is an online game and I have to be connected to the internet". My other Story games are working fine except for Fashion Story. I even tried installing the other Fashion Story (uninstalling the Earth Day edition) but the problem still there. I am using HTC Sensation XE phone, android version 4.0.3 (OS: ice cream sandwich). Seems to me this is becoming a general issue. Please help!! I'm missing my game It's been 3 days since I have had this problem.

i think your phone is full in memory you should delete some item that you don't use on your phone

I have tried that too and also cleared cached memory, browser history. But it's still the same.

I came here because I have the same problem.can't get into FS.says I'm not connected but I am,and my other games work(restaurant story, and nightclub story).I also have alot of money and time invested in the game.wondering what I can do.I have a kindle fire HD 32 G.plz help
