Cant place Amethyst Dragon in Nest After Crafting

Hi I crafted an Amethyst Dragon and when ever I try add the dragon to my nest, my game freezes. I cant place the dragon and nor can I close the notification. I have to close the app then reopen it to play. the Amethyst Dragon has been sitting in my nest for a few days now and was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this so I can place the dragon in my nest and have it hatched..

I have looked to see if there are any updates but I am currently using the latest version of dragon story.

Was the Nest empty when you attempted to place the Amethyst Dragon? Can you also post a screenshot or describe the notification that you are unable to close? Does it look like this?
