I felt that way too! And I still do about the Unicorn drag! Here is what I bred to get the Diamond. Twice.

Magic + Eagle =Diamond

Falling Leaf + Angel = Diamond. Just got this one today!

If Its not in the nest it Could be Diamond, Angel, Gold, or Crusader. Just sayin

Do you actually see the egg in the nest or are your dragons still breeding? Angel, gold and crusader are also 44 hours is I think what the other poster meant, so you can't assume it is a diamond until your dragons are done breeding.

Life + Water = Magic
Fruitful + Eagle = Wild
Air + Forrest = Mist
Air + Water = Rainbow
Magic + Forrest = Poison
Fire + Magic = Charm
Poison + Magic = Familiar
Poison + Coral = Island
Water + Magic = Night
Charm + Eagle = Gem
Light + Fire = Virtue Pink
Poison + Eagle = Honey Bee
rainbow + light = Griffin
Water +fire = athletic
familiar + honey bee = Planet
Charm + fruitful= social
Air + light = sunrise
familiar + light = fuzzy
Magic + virtue =laser light
Familiar + athletic =aether
Yellow + Black = Leo
Gem + magic boosted =aurora
Magic + eagle = diamond
Epic wild + eagle = owl
Diamond + sunrise = angel
Falling leaf + angel = diamond
Fire + Leo = Hanukkah
Rainbow + Angel = Gold

Can anyone tell me how I can breed a Dark Angel and unicorn, what combos work best?

I got my unicorn with diamond/virtue. My DA came from Anubis and lotus. It's always best to use a regular diamond with any black element. It lessens the chance of any other dragons.
