No Olympus doesn't split so if u breed Olympus with diamond the only possibility is Olympus dragon 7hrs and If u breed Aphrodite with diamond then there are 5 or 6 possibilities 👍👍👍👍

Yes u can breed diamond by using Olympus with other 3 elements 👍👍👍👍
