I am playing Castle Story on both my ipad and iphone.

When i was collecting coins today from my ipad, I notice in the bottom I can upgrade some of my buildings (e.g. Observatory, Market, Cathedral etc. I think all Royal Buildings) but i can't do so for my iphone version. Is there already an new update? I am desperate for it
