GOAL ITEM: In Bakery Story, called "Cupid Corner Booth"

This may already have been addressed, but. I could not find an answer to this problem.
This cute item called " Cupid Corner Booth" was locked until a player finishes the goal required. I did so, however, the Goal item still remains locked. Have written to TL to help me. No satisfactory answer has been achieved. Can someone else who has had this same problem help me to understand WHY?

Can you post screen shots of your goals list. And you're 100% sure you completed the goal to unlock the Cupid Corner Booth? This goal was back in February for Valentines Day, if you just started playing, the goal might not be there at all...

Wow...that sounds weird. I hope you get the prize cause the Cupid Corner booth was one of the best goal prizes IMO.
