My recipe for good hot chocolate ..simmer milk and let 4 lindt milk choc balls melt in it, pour in mug, add whip cream, sprinkle powdered choc on top

Lol...you'll love it.
Then, if you're brave, 4 white lindt balls, carefully melt in saucepan, when gooey, slowly pour in egg nog just enough to mix choc into. Don't keep on heat. Pour over ice. Wee bit of whipped cream. Sprinkle nutmeg and stir with cinnamon stick. Enjoy!
I don't start work out routine till after Christmas lol
