I've checked both my games and it's showing 15 silver, no enchanters essence for my magic cement. Maybe the recipes changed

It uses silver for the finished cement, but it needs 2 Architect's Paste as well, and that requires Enchanter's Essence, but just one. So you'll need 2 EE to make 2 batches of AP for the Magic Cement.
