It's a VERY rare drop from mines and various resources that produce rock. You just have to keep at it. It takes forever, though I just got 2 today after a week of trying. Still need 7 more for the Knightly Confidence quest. ;_;

my log has a tl post saying The Master Botanist goal for the Rainbow

but

another tl post has another goal in the Letters chain as the unlocking goal

Anyone know for sure ?
