Question about mithril

So minning drops mithril? I mean apart from going on the dark caves adventure?

I got 2 mithrils from 2 dark cave adventures.
First one for forging the excalibam and the other to finish the secret of mithril goal.

I got one from a mine. Another neighbour finished the 4th (?) tabernum research goal. She can now craft mithril in her magic forge.

Yeah but it is 50 silvers and it takes 2 days to make it

Try the 3rd adventure : explore the dark cave. I think its 100% you will get the mithril

I've explored once and didn't get the mithril. We'll see what happens after today's adventure!

I explored the caves a lot, and after getting the goal for mithrill, when they came back an hour later, sure enough they brought mithril.

I think that once you get the goal for mithril it is guaranteed that the dark caves will give a mithril. If you don't have the goal it's a rare drop.
