Just wondering what exactly triggers the glimmer trolls? I have harvested glimmer bulbs but haven't seen any yet.

You need to be at least level 15 and have the enchanted sword (in the Thurston quest line). They like coin and resource buildings (not animal ones). They also like mushrooms. They have been reported from most other actions as well.

it usually comes out when i'm harvesting mushrooms or destroying rock outcropping.

Load caravan with:
10 Apple Pie
10 Orange Cobbler
10 Lemonade
10 Living Wood
(Bug:Should be 10 Breakfast Buffet)
10 Breaded Fish
