Why I so easily got the others dragon, but so difficult to get a diamond or infinity.

Trying hard to get a Laserlight.... but within these 5 days, I got 4 Tusker.
2nd Tusker got it after 2 common breeding of Love dragons. 3th, after 1 Love dragon. 4th, got it yesterday, also after 1 Love dragon.
This is driving me crazy, I thought Tusker is suppose to be super rare?! Laserlight suppose to be rare.......
Its all luck. I've gotten an insane amount of love dragons with no tusker or laserlight yet.
It's crazy because I can get super rares more than I can get rares. And the rares are the ones I be trying to get.
I don't even know what I Tusker dragon is, so I'd love to breed one.
