All the time, it's 3:00 in the afternoon right now and it looks like that. Haven't noticed if it gets even darker at night yet.

So in the halloween version, the buildings look haunted and in the regular version, the buildings look normal?
Are there any goals to unlock buildings, or was that all in the store to buy? Can you post pictures of what's in the store?

Goals are mostly buying and placing new halloween content you can buy. Am posting pics of some store items..
