So I'm new to all this I just got the goal and I'm trying to expand to the tree but every time I click on it the only area it will let me expand is my upper island.. So do I have to buy all that before I can get to the tree?

buy the land towards the edge of the lower island. once you expand there, you should be able to expand on the lower level. but you do have to clear a bit of the original island first.

Can someone please post a screen shot on where you need to expand to unlock these quests. I'd like to start working on them but they have not been unlocked for me. Also, does it matter I am on an Androis now?

Finally got 10 Epic form Green dragons and got the Flower Egg Building time is kinda redundant though, because it takes effect immediately, it's still building, but my Big green habitats can hold 3840 now.
