I figure this because in Dragon Story, which is the exact same thing, you never hear of someone breeding a Diamond with level 4 Firestorm and 4 Island.

But like me I've tried epic island and firestorm and still no diamond... It hasn't been proved that levels matter...

I think tl put a code and allows so many diamond to be bred in a day and at a certain time... And if you use the right combo and breed them at the right time you luck on getting it

That may be true as well. I think so too. And Stormie probably just gets the opportunity the flick through a list of Dragons he wants.
