"Marshing Band" Goal Bugged

The goal to get your Big Blue Marsh says that you can "upgrade or buy" a Big Blue Marsh. I bought one, but it isn't sensing that I have completed the goal.
I am connected to the servers (visited other islands). I have ****ed the app and relaunched it. I have gone on and completed other goals. I'm on iPhone 4S.

Yeah same thing happened to me... I had to buy a small one and the upgraded

Same thing with me. The buying did not work, I had to upgrade a small one.
I did report this over , right before we lost the goals, I will let them know this is still an issue with the goals.
