The goal "Marshing Band" is not working for me. Clear two pieces of foilage is ticked. I built a new big blue marsh but it didn't go through :S and no you don't have to upgrade it.

I have noticed some lag issues with the goals, but give them a few minutes and they will catch up.

Same with me I bought a big blue habitat and it did not recognize it
