    Exclamation requests and gifts not appearing on screen!

    The new update said we can now request items from
    our neighbors but that isnt working on my device...
    What else can I do? My gifts also dont appear on
    My screen I have to go to profile and newsfeed to accept them..

    Are you android? If so you can't request items... Because android doesn't get the make up counter nor goals
