If it is on the main island then there is a new update TL move the rock to another part of the island further on down the game so try to delet the game and reinstall it and hopefully the rock will be gone

the goals have been removed due to an issue. They should be back soon.
note: I think you need to be on level 8 to get goals.

I -just- reached level 8 (avoided expansions & clearing as I was expecting to need those in quests and the prices go up steep) and no quests yet.

Well I saw it coming so I made a Spreadsheet from the Template I used for Dragon Story , Since they are so much alike.
I also added a Breeding chart it....
