    Yes it is. You'll need to email TL at support@teamlava.com and have them transfer it over.

    There's a way to do it yourself but I don't know where the thread that tells you how is and don't know myself. May be someone will be able topmost the link here for you.

    Don't know if it will work for you or not, but when I got my new phone (same kind - the old one failed), I just downloaded the game app, put in my id, and my old farm appeared, intact.
