    Clock sign above customers ' head

    Hi hi have been seeing the clock sign above my customers' head but do not know what they want . Drinks and seats and dance floor available ..

    The clock means they are thinking. Make sure there is a clear pathway to the dance floor, seats and drinks.

    This means that they are waiting for something. It is usually because they want a drink and someone is standing in front of the counter, or they are waiting for someone to come over to them so they can "chat." make sure both sides of your counters are clear.
