Why Are My Customers Leaving Angry????

My customers are leaving unhappy. I have rearranged my shop, added new dressing rooms, lots of mirrors and a nice variety of items for purchase. Yet, 50% of my customers are looking in the mirror and then leaving angry. I don't know what happened. The customers were 100% happy 2 weeks ago.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but there's no change.
What's going on??????

It's so good to know that I am not the only player going through this. I've already sent a request to support, but haven't heard back. It is very frustrating, but thanks to stefytab starting this post, I know that if I just hang in there, it will be fixed. Eventually. Thanks for speaking up!

I sent you an invite(you can decline), You need more dressing rooms. The little green boxes showing over their heads is saying there is not a free dressing room to go into.

Here is a helpful tip from DW

When you changed up the layout of your boutique by adding changing rooms and mirrors, you may have reduced the pathway efficiency. I'll try to explain how this mechanic works so that you will understand, so please bear with me if it sounds confusing.

If you have inventory in your store, then a customer can do 2 things.

1. Go to a mirror
2. Go to a changing room

When a customer decides to do one of these tasks, they will reserve the mirror or changing room, which means that another NPC, even if they are closer, cannot access that mirror/room.

For example, there's an NPC near the top of the boutique and she decides to go to a changing room. The one she reserves happens to be at the very bottom of the store. Since this room has been reserved by the NPC, no one else can use it. And since the distance is really long, top of the store to bottom (not to mention complicated pathways with decorations), the travel time for this NPC would be long. This long travel/access time reduces the amount of NPCs that can access this room per min/hour. This decreased rate will result in lower sales.

To make your pathway and layout more efficient, try placing your changing rooms and mirrors closing to the center of the store, but with pathways in between.

Ok, I just sent an invite and looked at your shop. Not sure if the following things are causing you the problem, but they may be.

1.) The 2 mirrors you have on the wall with the dressing rooms are blocked by the counters you have placed in front of them.
2.) You have 2 floor mirrors directly across from those counters, but one is blocked by the counters on either side and slightly in front of it. Customers can't get in front of the mirror to use it.
3.) The Heart mirror you have by the jewelry is also blocked by the counters.

I recall some posts awhile back about Android devices having issues with racks/counters that are placed against walls or right on the sides where the store meets the grass. The 5 counters of shoes you have, 3 of them are placed right up against that left side area. You also have one whole sets of racks right up against the right side area. I have no idea if moving them in one more space will solve the issue or not, but I know others had to do that in the past.

I just checked u don't have to accept my neighbor request took a pic of your shop. let me know if it's ok to post it. I think the problem is that your dressing rooms are to far from some of the racks.
