Today i recharged total 1000RMB(first time 500RMB and second 500RMB) to the itunes,then i logged in the restaurant story and bought gems.First time i bought 275gems by 258rmb and comsumed them all,then i rechanged the second 500RMB and bought 275gems.
When the third time i want use the rest 484RMB to buy 275gems,it came out something like "you should connect the itunes supporter to contine the deal" (in chinese 请联络itunes支持人员以完成交易). Then i cannot buy gems any longer.
I use the legal card
i have connect the apple service,but no response.Is there anyone have the same problem,how to solve it?THX
