It's a good sprintime crop, but not necessarily associated with Easter (they can't really add Easter Lillies on top of normal lillies). I have pretty much given up on Shamrocks since I just passed level 2 and I assume they will be going away shortly. Still not sure why they took rhubarb away though, so all bets are off...
