    Losing everything

    Hey,
    So you probably have heard of a story similar like this,
    But this is mine.
    I just became lvl 64 but i couldnt see very well since there where alot of cracks in my screen, so i thought
    i just let it get fixed and so did i, i sended him my ipod and i also asked to not get rid of the data on it, after a week of waiting i asked why it took so long. He replied with that he fixed it but he broke a button so he had to change it with a another ipod, and also he had to delete the data. so i lost my bakery my hard work what took me months to make.

    Now ill get to the point, i probably already know what the answer is, but is there any way to get my account back?

    Email teamlava and they will transfer your old bakery to your new iPod. Give them your storm8 id.

    Ive sended them an email and i gave them everything they need i got 2 automatic message's after that i got no emails anymore and my account isnt back yet

    i got an answer wich i have to e-mail Teamlava and i did. a gave them the information they needed i gave this:
    Primary ID
    Amount of gems on Primary ID
    Old ID

    after that i didnt get a message back or anything
    also, in the email they sended me before they said transferring with a NEW DEVICE. well this device is the same one since my data got deleted i now dont have the account on the device itself.

    It can take 3-5 business days for a support agent to get to your account. What day did you send the email.?

    In your other post you said that they gave you a new Ipod. Now you are saying this is the same Ipod that your original games were on..

    If this is the same ipod that broke and you do not have a different ipod, then just go and redownload the game from the app store.

    No this was the same ipod, they just used a other ipod to fix mine. but it is the same ipod but when i reinstalled the game the account was gone.

    Your storm ID with your games is attached to the UDID of your Ipod, so just go to itunes and redownload and your games will come back to your Ipod.

    i Hope this is going to work
    Please make sure if im doing this right
    i logged on my apple account wich i used before the FIX and now downloading bakery story and after that i synchronize
