if they will not bring it back, they should at least give us all the coins,XP, and gems that we didnt get from mastery!

They would never do that, just like they would never give those of us in Fashion the extra gems/coins/xp we lost because they pulled the Go Red Catalog that looked nothing like a Valentines catalog. If it didn't get completed before they yanked it, we are just out of luck. I didn't complete either one either, but I don't expect them to give me something for nothing. I want them both back so I can complete them, not for TL to just hand these things over with no effort taken on my part.

It's not coming back. It doesn't matter its not Valentines-y and that 97% of voters want it back. It's so sad
