Yes, they are at the far end of the gifting pages (but you need to stay on "all" on the left bottom, not select trees, decorations, etc).
They will probably be used for something new to build with today's update.

Parts are green maybe they are so we can build our own rhubarb. I want the rhubarb back too.

And I hate new parts. Already had some sent to me even though nobody knows what's they're for. I declined them as I may not want to build it. Would rather wait and see.
