Been trying to finish goals since Christmas and am missing most dishes needed to do the goals. Now they have added more Valentine goals and don't have these dishes on the menu. HELP!

Which dishes are you missing?
Cupcakes, scallops, stuffing, prime ribs, quiche
Did you try buying basic oven? Stuffing and prime rib are at very end even past the locked recipes by level

Are you sure you're checking the oven appliance? There are stoves and grills available as well, plus a bunch of other things to add to the confusion. The overs have a solid circle on top, like a griddle.
