Make-up Counter Out of Sync Issues

I get it every time. Have only been able to successfully place two items. Using an iPad 2 and working from Christmas version. Not sure how to "force close" and am losing items because they expire. Very frustrating!!!!

okay to force close on ipad, : hit your home button twice. hold down the fashion icon(you may have to scroll to see it). when you see the red minus sign click it.
That will close the app. The hit your home button and click on the fashion icon and your game will open.

My makeup counter lets me collect coins from it when I have a order on wait. Then I get an out of sync message. After that, it tells me that I can place my product. Is this happening to anyone else?

I am still having issues with mine. Sometimes a can try a couple of times and it will take, but most of the time I still have to force close the game.
TL is still looking into this issue.
