Doesn't appear I'll be getting the Santa Pig or Polar Bear, because I will not be spending any gems on these quests/goals.

I know there are issues with the request system for the goals. I will update as soon as I can get anymore information. All the issues have been reported.

In order to get bonus items, you need to complete all goals associated with it

Thanks so much for this - very informative. I hope others will post the missing goals once they get there. I will post if and when I see them. Do you remember if Apple Trees or Orange Trees were part of the missing goals? I'm going to plan ahead to the extent possible...
