After updating my FS late last night my name is now "missing"

I updated my game late last night (iphone 3g) and I noticed I no longer had a shop name! It says "enter a name for your shop" Ok...So I re-enter my shop name and it's now giving me the "you don't have enough gems" message.Is this something that will be fixed in a comming update or do I have to send in a e-mail to support? Thanks

I assume that you had emojis(pictures ) in your name. There is an issue with the emojis right now, knocking names off.
TL is currently looking into this issue.

Well it did have some emoji in it but the entire name is now gone.Like I have no name at all not even the little boxes there's nothing.....

This makes me REALLY mad! I hope TL fixes this ASAP!

Oh! Thank God I am not the ONLY person suffering from this glitch. I was thinking my God if I am the only person having this issue it's going to take forever for them to fix it.I'm a "big spender" on TL games and a 4 star nbr.Currently my star rating is at 3 but I'd like to get this issue fixed ASAP so I can play again and repair my star rating. I wonder just how many players are having this issue.
