I heard it was a constructable, and that the requests for parts were not working.

How to submit Support Request
There is currently just one catalog for the new constructable. In the catalog, there are 4 different items you can order, and they have mastery levels. At this time, it looks like only other players using Fashion Story 1.4.1 will be able to receive and see your part requests.

This has been brought up to engineering. They will work on adding this in a future update.
