Harassment and stalking are criminal behaviour that could damage the ability to continue in employment, it is a very serious form of cyber crime. Most governments are actively trying to tackle this with more investment so the crimes may be detected more easily. The individuals or stalker groups need professional treatment, they pose a risk to all in our society. I hope one day this crime is punishable by a prison sentence for a very long time, there Internet access is took away and they are never allowed to have it ever again. These type of predators are very Ill indeed, I feel so sorry for them.
