Stuck on loading screen

Hi guys,

I wonder if you can help me. My wife is having problems getting on to Restaurant Story on her Samsung Galaxy S2. Internet connection is fine and Bakery Story loads fine on the same device. My restaurant story works fine on my phone (also Galaxy S2 exact same model and OS) in the same house.

It just gets stuck on the loading screen with the burger and fries and restaurant story title. Doesn't say to check internet connection or anything.

Is there any chance there is a problem with her account on the server side with her account?

Have tried restarting the phone, using 3g/wifi, re-installing the game. No
luck.

Try clearing out the cache and also moving the game to her SD card.
If this does not help she will need to email support@teamlava.com . Provide her storm ID and the game.

Also, try running the task ****er before opening the game. Depending on what apps you have that run all the time, it should still stop most of them (I always have 1 that it can't **** - my background app).
