@swtie - I noticed that you only have two active dressing rooms. The blonde shopper is thinking she needs a dressing room. Shoppers cannot get in the rest of the dressing rooms. Try turning a couple of them to see if this helps.

Ok that didnt work either (see pics). They are actually coming out of the dressing room with a broken heart. I have tried everything I know to do. I am loosing $ because not many customers are buying things. Any other ideas? FYI: I am on an android & this started AFTER the update, which I had the same prob. at last update.

When I work up this morning everything was back to normal. However, I added a flower, gifts, 1 rack & table. Went to a neighbor & when I came back most had broken hearts again, but this time i am staying at 100%. Please help here are a few pics to show you.
