by blocking the door. It isn't recommended because when you open up, all your inventory gets sold super quick to make up for the time the shop was closed.

It is better to block the cash register.

As long as your happiness remains at 100% what does it matter? Are you not selling anything? If your happiness is 100% then you are selling stuff...besides this is a bit more realistic because NO STORE out there sells something to every single one of the customers that come through the door.

IF you exit the game stuff sells a bit quicker than if you sit there and watch it.

I am having the same problem, angry costumers, they buy less, but my happiness stays 100%. Nothing is blocked, enough mirrors ans changing rooms. I changed my shop several times today, but nothing helped.
I removed the app and downloaded it again, no changes. I am using an android device.
Does anyone knows a solution?

And another question. I read often that people close their shop. How do they do that?

I play android, yes I make some money, but less then before, but they are still angry

I am having the same problem as well on an android. happiness stays the same, but unhappy customers as soon as they come out of the dressing room & my $ is barely going up. I have done everything above that was mentioned (redownload, rearrange, etc...) Any Ideas on how to fix the problem or is this something on TL's end?

There have been reports of this on androids.
Can you post a picture of your store? This will be helpful .

Im having the same issue.. I have not changed the layout for some time and before customers were happy and now all of a sudden they are angry. The hearts are 100% so I'm not stirring what's going on!

I had the same problem too.
I had an android device.
I tried all the suggestions but cutomers are still angry.
